Fiesta Mexicana was born from a dream and built by the Murillo family, originally from San Miguel el Alto, Jalisco. Since opening our first location in Bozeman, Montana in 2004, we’ve grown into a beloved chain serving dishes made from scratch using original family recipes. Each plate celebrates the bold, colorful, and heartfelt flavors of Mexico—shared with the people who welcomed us like family.
